Our vision is for people to experience and know the love of God and to see the transformation and improvement of society.
Our mission, motivated by the love of God and Christian ethics and values is to bring relief to people in need.
The Charity
Graceway is a registered charity, established in 2022 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Reg No. 1198296. Our first pilot project, a ‘one stop shop’ called the Hope Haven Hub (H3). Delivering frontline services with key partners from churches, charities and other stakeholders.
Our holistic, faith-based approach emerged out of growing social needs. Implementing solutions to social needs, always prioritising Godly values alongside agile and innovative ways to sustain positive outcomes.
